My name is Dana Alexander

Dana is the founder of Montaque Early Childhood Consulting. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education, a Master of Arts in Reading K-12, and an Educational Specialist in Early Childhood Education. Her journey into early childhood education began over two decades ago, sparked by a profound moment during her first year as a middle school reading teacher that showed her the power of nurturing young minds. Since then, from being a classroom teacher to running a childcare center, adjunct professor, and now consulting and coaching, She has been committed to empowering educators and leaders with innovative and effective teaching practices. Dana's educational philosophy centers on fostering a love of learning and curiosity, which drives her approach in everything from literacy to curriculum development. When she is not consulting, you might find her spending time with family, traveling, and indulging in cultural experiences. I believe every interaction in education is an opportunity for growth and transformation. Let’s connect and inspire a brighter future for our next generation of learners and leaders.
